Summer time

A mix of aromas and flavours from the hottest season of the year. The season of tomatoes, basil and crunchy pine nuts. A summer breeze will bring genuine and tasty aromas to your table.

Summer is the time of year that inspires many of my dishes. In the vegetable gardens, we find delicacies such as courgettes, tomatoes, basil and colourful peppers, which allow me to cook simple yet delicious recipes.
